We love this app for creating more customized forms. There are many templates to choose from, even on the free plan. Lots of customization options and it's basically plug and play creating a new form. Highly recommend if you are looking for forms that go beyond the basic Shopify offering!

Great app. I moved over from Jotform and glad I did.
Takes a couple of goes to get used to the platform but real easy once you get going. Got forms all over my website now and its increasing enquiries.
Had a couple of IT fixes required and questions. Lily and the team responded very quickly. They'll keep helping until its resolved.

Really great for a free form. I wish I could customize the width of the form because it looks super skinny on my page, but besides that, its great

Very interesting program. Compared to other programs, linking the forms to the pages is very easy. The design is very attractive. I will buy an extended version. The prices are worth the money.
