So far this app is working just as needed. It's customizable and we really like that. Missing 1 star due to the fact that you have to pay to print submissions.

Over all it serves its purpose BUT I wish the edit options were more user friendly and there were more options.

The app is excellent for custom products and offers the flexibility to add items without listing them on Shopify. Pify is an amazing app. We used it to source 40+ part time employees and it was seemless to use.

The for is great but I don't get any notifications when customers contact me, I saw that I already lost two businesses. A great form without creating communivcation isn't really helpful. I cannot find any setting to enable email notifications either.
