Great app in theory, but has lots of bugs and support is woeful.
The site is down in the middle of Black Friday sales and I cannot contact anyone in support. Immediately uninstalling this one.

Can not contact support at all! I have sent an email every single day of my free trial to help me figure out why it was not letting me create my first shipping label and I STILL NEVER received a single answer back.. so, I ended up canceling the day before my free trial ended. Looks like a great app IF IT ACTUALLY WORKED WITHIN CANADA AND THE USA!!!
