Pillow Profits Fulfillment

I have been working on my designs and defining what products I want to focus on and so far I believe that pillow profits is the best option in fullfilment ,,, I am hoping to enable the boots with urgency.

PillowProfits is a good company with fast reliable support, easy interface and it shows that they have put a lot of effort to create a fast import service of products with needed information on each item, BUT!

- The production time is ok, not more than that.
- They say that they will try to add regular items together with express items as express if you buy them mixed, don't rely on this...
- If you are within EU, be ready to pay import tax on each item or bulk. Not sure about US.
- 4 weeks for delivery is not optimal, but ok. What is not OK is having a delivery come from China with a tracking number with chinese information. You have no idea where the package is if you don't translate.
- Products are of good quality, but it's not of "real" quality of that makes sense. The boots e.g. feels cheap but looks good, so I do not feel that it's worth the standard retail price.
- Make sure you have a lot of policys protecting you, an annoying customer will be even more annoying with the slow (if any) process for fix.
- Learn standard SEO, you will need to optimize each item seperatly if you're serious.

I will give it 3 stars because it is a good company, but it's far from the best and I believe that they can achieve much more if they wanted to.

Do not use this app, they are looking scammers.
They charge $30 for nothing and asking to add payment method first before you create the product.

I never seen this kind companies which charge for selling their stuff ..lolz

Charging 30$ a month for promoting them and their products ? how come ? there are lots of competitors giving quality products as well with 0 monthly fees ... good luck with that

Awful! I cancelled my subscription within the trial period and was still CHARGED! Tried contacting the support and NO ANSWER! REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY!

Let me just preface my review by saying I WANT TO USE PP BADLY! Here's the deal. When I go to APPS in Shopify this pops up:

"Your session appears to have timed out. Please click Apps menu in your store admin, and then click the PillowProfits Fulfillment banner to resume working in this app. If you continue to have problems with this error, and cannot get into the app, it might be due to cookies being disabled in your web browser.
This has been known to happen with some people using the Safari web browser. You might try making sure cookies are enabled in your web browser, or try using a different web browser, such as Google Chrome.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused."

So I contacted PP support regarding the issue that will not allow me to use the app. I keep getting bounced around and not one person has been able to help me fix it. I hear the owner is ridiculously obsessed with customer service - I don't think he'd be happy knowing this disgruntled individual is unhappy. (Note: I have a Mac with Google Chrome as my browser)

If anyone has had the same issue I would be grateful to learn how they fixed it.

Again, I have not used the PP App. This review is based on not being able to use it.

Not at all what it is advertised to be. Do your research before installing this app. It's definitely not worth the $30 a month.

I loaded this app, tried to use it - designing is awkward - and deleted it before the 7 day trial because I couldn't use it - and was still billed. Would not recommend.

I tried to sign up for 30 day free trial. After 5 days, no reply, account approval. No response to any emails . I will not even attempt to use this app. Bad first date.
