20 days passed and many of my products have not been shipped. While you it will take 5-7 days to produce. I have contacted you many times and have never been answered.
There are a lot of my orders that have paid but they don't ship goods to my customers. And they deliberately deleted the app from my store to avoid this.

We can also see that each time you reached out to us we were able to reply to your queries within 24 hours, and typically got back to you in less than 3 hours with a response.
Your other orders were successfully produced and shipped on time.
I have tried to get their attention to my concerns, but their attitude gets in the way. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The quality of their products is the worst association with cheap "made in China" merchandise. The shoes are what I sampled. I don't want my artwork associated with these poorly made products. To make the decision to dump them easy, the customer service for me was really bad. They didn't resolve any issues. When I needed help, their response was to tell me to just go to their video tutorials and they had an annoyed attitude about it. The sync with Shopify is not reliable. My sample order was shipped even though it was flagged as "risky" by their app, and should have not gone through. Their customer service told me to manually override the "risk" hold, and guess what, now a duplicate of my order is on the way despite my explanations of the problem and requests for help. These print on demand companies should at the least have decent customer service. This company is a big gamble to work with and I don't recommend you put your time into wrestling with them and your upset customers who get shoes which have flaps of stiff elastic hanging inside which gouge the side of their foot.
$30 to sell your products? Come on, the business model should be to make me be successful, because if I'm successful, you're successful. It shouldn't be you riding on my neck. Can't you add it in the margins, or take half the profit I would make on the first couple of sales to make up for this $30 you're asking for? Dig the concept but your business model is flawed.
Orders take to long to be shipped and cause too many complaints from customers.
It is not worth the risk. Products good let down by delivery plus paying an expensive subscription charge per month.
It is 27th October, 2017 23.11pm UK time and I have now had to refund another customer!!!!!!!!

Very bad business practice! After 3 months of designing the website and perfecting the shoe designs, in which many hours of work and money were invested, we commissioned the first test boots.
The shoes we ordered (and later recieved with 1 week delay) were of very poor quality. The soles of the boots were extremley thin - the thickness of the sole is 4mm - so the bottom of the shoes can be pierced through very easily. Boots also did not have a CE standard that provides a guarantee of basic quality to European customers.
While ordering, we recieved a wrong tracking number, and after the delivery deley we contacted their costumer service and unfortunatley recieved a very slow response to the question of what's happening with the package. On-time delivery is of paramount importance in this kind of business and waiting for the response for 4 day, when manufacturer is late for more than a week with their delivery to the mailing service, is not accaptable.
In addition, the app ratings are unrealistic since most of the users evaluate the app before they get the product as the company offers them $ 25 discount for their first order if they give rating to the application.
Also a WARNING to all users of the application who are from the EU. All responsibility for the poor quality of products when facing final customers is on you. That is because shoe manufacturers do not provide basic quality and CE standard.

This is run by a dishonest team with poor customer support. My orders were placed more than 2 weeks ago and they've been stuck in production since (the promised production time was 5-7 days). The support team did not reply to my emails. New users, beware - do not risk your store's reputation with this shady company.
Update: On my second order the same thing happened again. The Pillow Profits Team did not reply to my email either. Hoping that writing here would catch their attention. Please fulfil my orders - it's been more than 7 days. Thanks.

Due to a large surge in sales during the month of February, our sneaker production went from 4 days to 10 days during the second half of February.
We were able to finish your sneaker order within 10 days and provided a tracking number within 10 days showing your items are on their way.

Wish i can say i had a good experience its been less than 30 days and they have managed to mess up over 10 orders. Then they want photos from each customer showing the wrong orders, yea imagine trying to contact all these customers asking for photos of what happened. forget this company i will no longer use their service. sad because i have used them in the past seems like they have gotten worse over the year. i would recommend finding the same products on a different platform.
Update 6-22 they are still sending wrong items and it has become a nightmare for me and my store. they do try to send the correct items but being everything shipped from CHINA it takes another 4-6 weeks for delivery. Even after them messing up has to over 20 orders now in the last week, they want photos for each order that they messed up on. My customers are beginning to hate us. The must have no quality control over there. think twice before installing their app.
Im very disappointed with pillow profit, I though they are print on demand from USA and that the reason they charge the products more expensive than other providers from china but WHAT WAS my surprise .... the products coming from china, they charge as a intermediary, the order take more than 3 weeks to go to the costumer, also in the tracking number they shipped do not use your company name as is supposed to do if a customer buy something from your e-commerce store they expect the product from your company no from other person on CHINA.
Conclusion your customer paid 3000 more a product because you use this app PLUS do not get the product on time, ALSO you paid them and the monthly fees to be just and "INTERMEDIARY" when you just can go to the Alliexpress and find the provider to buy directly from them.
Worst customer service i have ever experienced and i am not kidding when i say "DISGUSTING". Should be ashamed of themselves. A company like this spoken so highly about by ADRIAN MORRISON and others and they can't even reply to a support ticket in any decent time. (promised 6 - 12hrs) ye right!
Example. Pillow Profits sent my customer the wrong print on the boot. Submitted a ticket to PP to reship the item and to find out why they shipped the wrong print. That was sent on Monday this week. Did not hear from them until Wednesday but that was after repeatedly asking them to respond. Finally got a reply on Wednesday asking for the receipt number and the customer details.
Today is Friday and nothing has been done. The customer is hopping mad and PP is wasting everyone's time by not responding.
THIS ISSUE IS STILL OUTSTANDING. I have a pissed of customer that paid $98 for these boots and PP has failed to rectify the issue. Fat chance i will see any resolution over the weekend. Probably wont be till Monday if I',m lucky.
I say, if you can't respond to customer requests in a decent amount of time, get out of business or hire additional staff. This is ridiculous.
Finally the customer stated they want a full refund. After all this messing around PP has still not solved the problem. Now imagine if i was selling hundreds of product from PP a day/week. What would happen with customer issues like this?
Adam Radar, are you reading this? Your business is suffering and you are killing other peoples business as well. Get it together mate!

On a final note, your customer service never resolved the issue with the NON WORKING DHL TRACKING NUMBER supplied on a boot order. Once again, your support staff simply ignored my request to find out why the tracking number at DHL showed, INVALID. After 2 weeks i am still waiting for a reply on this even though the customer has probably received their order by now, BUT THIS IS NOT THE POINT!
