The WORST app and WORST customer service. I truly advice everyone not to use this app. Firstly, their app has too many bugs and errors. Whenever you will write to their team to fix it, they will firstly respond after atleast 2-3 weeks and then still would not solve the problem. The errors would still be there.
They keep changing things in their apps and send one-line messages and then expect us to change our entire store all the time.
Their customer service and response is the WORST. They don't reply at all. I even sent them emails thru shopify but yet they don't come back.
I thought i would overlook the negative feedback and reviews and give them a chance but i was wrong. It wasted my time and money.
Now they might reply to this review saying its either fake or try to justify themselves. Which all be a big lie and cover up.
They try to pull thru 30 days so they can charge you the money.
My sincere advice to all.... DO NOT even try this app.
I never respond with such negative reviews but these guys deserve it.

I dont like the $30 monthly charge. What are they selling that is so unique? Its not we get to put our own branding on the products. There are other places that I can sell bags POD like Interestprint. and the shoes umm yeah we can start at Rageon. ok We are new entrepreneurs most us dont make that much money with Shopify, if If they gave us like 60 days and then they charge us then ok but they quick for that 30 a month and thats expensive i dont like at all. or they should if get 2 sales then we gonna start charging you. But its a well designed app.

The vendor's business model is laughable at best. The Shopify store owner has to pay $30/month for the "privilege" of selling the vendor's products.

Not to mention, the Shopify store owner takes 100% of the risk on these products that are shipping from China, take a month to get to the U.S., and are waaaay to expensive to be able to sell efficiently.

The printed shoes offered by the vendor sell on average for about $60 a pop. Even the vendor lists the MSRP as $50. But, the vendor is charging you the same $50 they are suggesting for the retail price? Uhhhh, guys, you need to go take a basic economics class.

So, in the end, you take a HUGE risk on a chargeback for a $10 margin if you're lucky, not including your ad spend and monthly fee.

No, thanks. I'll wait for a company to come along that actually has some business sense.

Holding on here. The idea is GREAT, but your setup has glitches (doesn't take my payment, still working on trying to allow my second form of payment on your app). It's making your app questionable. Finding patterns, a single pattern can cost upwards of $50 making the idea of providing "custom" products nearly cost prohibitive. You don't offer the pattern specs for backpacks, which is what you're promoting on the video that I watched.

It looks like it would be pretty cool, but you can't even try it out without paying the $30 charge. Doesn't make any sense why they are charging a monthly fee. None of our other fulfillment services charge like that. I'm not sure what their base costs are, but I imagine you probably have to sell at least a few pairs of shoes just to break even on the monthly fee. No thanks

I want to cancel the subscription but i can,t se any option and want my money back .

The cost of the products is very expensive, how do we sell and square with these prices, even the shipping company is not on a good level and you have to use the postal code other than international companies the mobile number is enough to deliver the order.

doesn't have any type of real customization and no cancel button option before charge. So please be aware. (update) if you want to cancel you need to uninstall app. This app isn't for everyone and if you're looking for more in-depth find another app. Also you'll be harassed to change your review if you give them low stars.

This has been fantastic for my business. I am very glad to recommend this place.
