Rubbish customer service, esp. from support call "Glen" no intention to improve, been with them for awhile, fed up and sick of inconsistent prints, crap quality products. Had one order during the holiday season last year - Express line item don't ship via express, msged them about it they won't refund and only will apply credit to your account. Do yourselves a favor, go to artsadd,com
Still newest to your app but have learned that it is user friendly and you have a great selection. I can't wait to get more in depth and start adding more of your products to my store!!

At this point not happy with you guys. Trying to reinstall the app is trying to charge me. I already paid this month. As of now do not have the app in my shop because of this. Paying for something i do not have.
Worst customer service i have ever experienced and i am not kidding when i say "DISGUSTING". Should be ashamed of themselves. A company like this spoken so highly about by ADRIAN MORRISON and others and they can't even reply to a support ticket in any decent time. (promised 6 - 12hrs) ye right!
Example. Pillow Profits sent my customer the wrong print on the boot. Submitted a ticket to PP to reship the item and to find out why they shipped the wrong print. That was sent on Monday this week. Did not hear from them until Wednesday but that was after repeatedly asking them to respond. Finally got a reply on Wednesday asking for the receipt number and the customer details.
Today is Friday and nothing has been done. The customer is hopping mad and PP is wasting everyone's time by not responding.
THIS ISSUE IS STILL OUTSTANDING. I have a pissed of customer that paid $98 for these boots and PP has failed to rectify the issue. Fat chance i will see any resolution over the weekend. Probably wont be till Monday if I',m lucky.
I say, if you can't respond to customer requests in a decent amount of time, get out of business or hire additional staff. This is ridiculous.
Finally the customer stated they want a full refund. After all this messing around PP has still not solved the problem. Now imagine if i was selling hundreds of product from PP a day/week. What would happen with customer issues like this?
Adam Radar, are you reading this? Your business is suffering and you are killing other peoples business as well. Get it together mate!
And it is now going on 6 days with no response from your team!
On a final note, your customer service never resolved the issue with the NON WORKING DHL TRACKING NUMBER supplied on a boot order. Once again, your support staff simply ignored my request to find out why the tracking number at DHL showed, INVALID. After 2 weeks i am still waiting for a reply on this even though the customer has probably received their order by now, BUT THIS IS NOT THE POINT!
great products, customer service takes a while to get back .. they can improve on that. soon i hope... dealing with a customer who got the wrong order and it's been a week now and im still going back and forth with pp cust service. TIME is of essence and the time it takes for someone to get back is something im not satisfied with ..
- Great App: (1) competitive pricing especially with ALL-IN price model including shipping to anywhere in the world (2) Auto-fulfilment (3) can pay by Paypal which is awesome cuz as seller we receive payment via Paypal (4) Good product portfolio (5) one to one exchange for wrong size: FANTASTIC!!
- Some improvements recommended: inner view of product samples, i.e. Bags and backpacks needs more photos to show what pocket/compartments they have, as well as how long is the strap (for saddle bag), zip view (for backpack)

Great great app and products...however support seems to have gone missing. Customer order issues that have no way of getting resolved. The support time of 6-12 hours is not realistic...the only flaw i have found in this wonderful company so far. Hopefully they are working to resolve this. Had to give them 3 stars cuz of fullfillment issues and lag time of customer support.

Didnt setup something correctly, and 1st order was in pending folder for some 6 days. Got great assistance from support team and guided me thru in correcting setting to move order to In-Production folder.
Requested support to charge me extra for express shipping to catch up to the days lost so my customer would get the order without delay.
Support offered express shipping BUT without charging me extra. What a great partner!
Love the app! Customers love their products... this app has made us VERY happy! Easy to use, great product. Just let your customers know there is an extended shipping time cause of the custom nature of the products.
