BUYER BEWARE COMPLETE RIPOFF.
This app has a FATAL error which causes your Shopify store vulnerable for any scammers to attack and get their product for FREE. And YES, you still have to pay Pillow Profits for EVERY ORDER that the scammers get. I lost $540 for this reason and Pillow Profits refuse to take any action. They just say "Our app is not designed to do it" -> yep they do not care whether you are losing money as long as you pay them in full. WARNING FOR ALL STORES: YOU ARE GOING TO BE THE NEXT VICTIM (or already were) if scammers found your store using Pillow Profits app.

Rubbish customer service, esp. from support call "Glen" no intention to improve, been with them for awhile, fed up and sick of inconsistent prints, crap quality products. Had one order during the holiday season last year - Express line item don't ship via express, msged them about it they won't refund and only will apply credit to your account. Worst customer service i have ever experienced and i am not kidding when i say "DISGUSTING". Should be ashamed of themselves. A company like this spoken so highly about by ADRIAN MORRISON and others and they can't even reply to a support ticket in any decent time. (promised 6 - 12hrs) ye right!
Example. Pillow Profits sent my customer the wrong print on the boot. Submitted a ticket to PP to reship the item and to find out why they shipped the wrong print. That was sent on Monday this week. Did not hear from them until Wednesday but that was after repeatedly asking them to respond. Finally got a reply on Wednesday asking for the receipt number and the customer details.
Today is Friday and nothing has been done. The customer is hopping mad and PP is wasting everyone's time by not responding.
THIS ISSUE IS STILL OUTSTANDING. I have a pissed of customer that paid $98 for these boots and PP has failed to rectify the issue. Fat chance i will see any resolution over the weekend. Probably wont be till Monday if I',m lucky.
I say, if you can't respond to customer requests in a decent amount of time, get out of business or hire additional staff. This is ridiculous.
Finally the customer stated they want a full refund. After all this messing around PP has still not solved the problem. Now imagine if i was selling hundreds of product from PP a day/week. What would happen with customer issues like this?

On a final note, your customer service never resolved the issue with the NON WORKING DHL TRACKING NUMBER supplied on a boot order. Once again, your support staff simply ignored my request to find out why the tracking number at DHL showed, INVALID. After 2 weeks i am still waiting for a reply on this even though the customer has probably received their order by now, BUT THIS IS NOT THE POINT!
Not at all what it is advertised to be. Do your research before installing this app. It's definitely not worth the $30 a month.

Says no hidden fee and then they want to charge you monthly for the app. Shouldn't be a fee for this.

The vendor's business model is laughable at best. The Shopify store owner has to pay $30/month for the "privilege" of selling the vendor's products.
Not to mention, the Shopify store owner takes 100% of the risk on these products that are shipping from China, take a month to get to the U.S., and are waaaay to expensive to be able to sell efficiently.
The printed shoes offered by the vendor sell on average for about $60 a pop. Even the vendor lists the MSRP as $50. But, the vendor is charging you the same $50 they are suggesting for the retail price? Uhhhh, guys, you need to go take a basic economics class.
So, in the end, you take a HUGE risk on a chargeback for a $10 margin if you're lucky, not including your ad spend and monthly fee.
No, thanks. I'll wait for a company to come along that actually has some business sense.
Great products. Shame you charge $30 before I could even try the app and see the products. If you allow 14 day free trail, that will work and I may just sell your products.
