They also tried to hide the cancellation of the subscription as best they could, this is a real scam. We can see that you cancelled your subscription on the 8th of December. You have not been charged since cancelling.
Nevertheless we have refunded you your last payment in goodwill.
Cancelation instructions are quite clear in our documentation too.
