Great app was very easy to set up and run giveaways on our shop. Highly recommend. We plan on using pineraffle for all future giveaways.
this app is pretty much junk. in the middle of a giveaway and says pine raffle.com server is down and no customers can sign up!
We were experiencing a server outage at the time. This has since been resolved and the app is back up. We apologize for this and have sent you app credits to offset your app charges due to this occurrence.
I emailed them with a problem being my font color of my website is white and the background of the pop up is white, The staff responded very quickly and gave me the correct code to fix them problem. I am very satisfied with the support team. Amazing Service!

I uploaded the app but then realized the application I needed didn't quite fit the app. They refunded quickly and will use the app in the future for raffles! Hope they add some ability to contact through their website as well. Thanks for quickly responding Pine.

This App is great and easy to use. I would suggest this App for your company's next raffle or giveaway.
Could it be possible to change some of the text in the raffle to another lenguage like spanish? i just need for the tags of the ammount of winners and the one that says "VIEW PRICE" to be in spanish, i would really apreciate it
Also, is there a way to avoid the app showing the raffle interface in every page of the store? i would like to have it show only in a especific page

The application looks good but it is not saving the Brazilian Portuguese translation in the email part. This is a problem for me.

I couldn't create a raffle because the size of the image I used was too big. Jake was extremely patient and helpful and sorted it out for me from his side. Thank you, Jake!
