This is the worst app I have ever come across. DO NOT GO NEAR IT!! Reports show 600 entries for people who have one entry, and hundreds of missing entries. Excuses (if they reply to you) range from server issue to "sorry about that". If I could sue you guys, I absolutely would.

To be transparent, whenever concerns have come up in the past, we’ve always owned them, spent hours digging into your data, validating every entry, and even joined call to walk through your questions in real time. We will do the same now.
During the Thanksgiving holiday our support team was on a well-deserved break, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience and delays that caused.
