The tracking works really well! Always had problems with the Pinterest tag not tracking 50% of the conversions. After installing the app the problem was still there....
but the competent support found and solved the problem within 3 days. Now almost all sales and all other conversions are tracked really reliably.

This is the best tracking tool for Pinterest. We all know that Pinterest is not the best when it comes to tracking. So these guys having API to help track pixels will greatly help in optimizing your campaigns on Pinterest.

The Apps from Omega always won't let you down. If you are trying to install Pinterest tag via GTM, it could be hard for you to config the data layer. No worries, Omega is fine, free to install and help you out.
