Told my store cannot sell on pinterest due to - then they send a "read our guidelines" link. My store meets the guidelines- has clear return policy, shipping timeline, price detailed, and about me page. Still given the same regurgitated respone upon appeal. Useless app. Only use Pinterest to find inspirational quotes. Nothing else helpful.
Horrible platform for selling, they make you wait 9 months then tell you that you dont meet requirements even though you do. Don't waste your time with this app trust me.
There has not been a time that I tried to install pinterest in my stores that did not end up blocking my account, the truth is super difficult to do business with pinterest, they always say that I have violated I do not know what, too frustrating

I would give negative stars if possible. I cancelled my ads but they kept running and I was still being charged. I contacted support almost a month ago about this and two different people said they had deactivated my ads, but I continued to be charged. I keep emailing a month later asking for them to fix it and refund me and they will not reply.
Shit app. They give you a bonus credit, and then suddenly the bonus stops and they start taking your money. I lost 100 euros with this app, I don't recommend and no orders come in.
I will try to recover but I don't know if I will succeed something seems to me like thievery on the face...
I expect better from the app it wouldn't let me run my ad there was nothing wrong with the ad there is no reason why the ad should of been denied
App never worked from Day one. Been waiting 6 days to get it working through email support. Asked about resetting the trial since the app hasn't worked from a few days ago and they email kept getting ignored and with I asked it directly they said they would have to reach out to another department. If from the moment I downloaded an app and its not working I would expect a simple yes. Not for it to be ignored and passed off.
