Shit app. They give you a bonus credit, and then suddenly the bonus stops and they start taking your money. I lost 100 euros with this app, I don't recommend and no orders come in.

I will try to recover but I don't know if I will succeed something seems to me like thievery on the face...

I expect better from the app it wouldn't let me run my ad there was nothing wrong with the ad there is no reason why the ad should of been denied

I've been trying to get the app work successfully and it is very been difficult to load up and connect , and also been trying to get the billing keyed in correctly, its a kinda a disappointment.

Unable to connect my shopify account and I’m stuck in a loop asking me to connect then give access then takes me back to start over again really disappointed as I like Pinterest.

The app suddenly stopped working. I cant click on it because it creates a never ending loop of opening and closing some sort of URL. Pinterest support takes MONTHS (yes actual months) to respond to you. I had issues with the app and integration multiple times and received a response from support 13 weeks later.

I would give 0 stars if it would let me. We had 181K views monthly on our Pinterest page then we installed the new app 4 times and it still shows unsupported on our channel. We have been in talks with Pinterest support for the last 10 days and they still can't figure out the problem.
Now our monthly view has dropped to 30K.
Years of hard work down the drain with no resolution in sight. They just keep email me telling me to be patient. They are working on it while our account goes down the drain.

Doesn't work. It says Pinterest is "unsupported" in my Sales Channels. It worked fine for years then all of a sudden switched off. Don't even bother trying to get help on this. They'll send you back to Pinterest to sort it out.

Unfortunately, our experience has been far from satisfactory, and we've encountered similar sentiments expressed by others on the internet, forums, Shopify app reviews, and Pinterest community forums.

We have been operating our officially registered company in the United States for the past two years, managing our e-commerce business professionally. With our dedicated team, we successfully deliver thousands of products to our customers every month. Up until now, Ladyros.com has received only positive feedback and reviews, without any negative comments or criticisms.

In our pursuit of further growth, we decided to utilize Pinterest as a marketing platform. After becoming a member and integrating it seamlessly with our Shopify infrastructure, we started receiving excellent feedback from our customers and gained popularity on Pinterest. However, to our dismay, our approved seller account was suddenly terminated, and all our products were removed from our Pinterest account.

This situation has been distressing for us, and we have been attempting to resolve it by reaching out to your support department for the past month, contacting them three times a week, totaling more than 15 communications. Regrettably, each time we contacted your support, we received automated standard messages. This has left us feeling extremely discouraged and disheartened towards Pinterest.

We thoroughly reviewed our website and policies in collaboration with our expert team, ensuring compliance with Pinterest policies. Despite our efforts, we received the same automated response stating that our account was not approved. As a legitimate U.S. company, we have successfully obtained approval from various social media platforms such as Facebook, Google, and Instagram, but Pinterest has proven to be elusive.

We are eager to resolve these issues and continue working with Pinterest professionally. However, the lack of support and assistance from Pinterest is highly disappointing and does not reflect well on a company of your stature. There are numerous negative comments online about Pinterest's support services, and we sincerely hope you can intervene to rectify this situation.

We are seeking your professional assistance and support in resolving this matter promptly. We appreciate your attention to this urgent matter and thank you in advance for your cooperation. We look forward to re-establishing a positive working relationship with you at the earliest opportunity.

The app pulls in products with zero inventory, leading to people on the Pinterest feed going to a set of products we’re not currently promoting. Unlike Facebook’s integration with Shopify, this app is super-limited in functionality, and may force us to build something from scratch :(
