I’m incredibly disappointed with this app. First of all, if this app is not meant for Indian users, then why is it even listed and promoted on the Indian app store? It’s very frustrating to download an app with high expectations, only to find out later that it doesn’t work in my country.

The app description doesn't mention any country restrictions or limitations, and there is no clear information provided anywhere about availability. As an Indian user, I feel misled and annoyed that I wasted my time and data downloading something that I cannot even use.

If an app is not functional or supported in India, then it should NOT be displayed on the Indian app store at all. This creates confusion and results in a poor user experience. Many users, like me, have high hopes when we see such apps being advertised or recommended, but we are often left disappointed and frustrated.

I sincerely hope the developers take this seriously and either enable full functionality in India or stop showing the app to Indian users. This careless approach suggests that the developers are not considering users from other regions at all.

My advice to anyone in India: **DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME** on this app unless the developers officially announce that it’s available for India.

If I could, I would give this experience **zero stars** for its misleading nature.

I recently started using Pinterest on my Shopify store, and it's been a game changer! The app is super easy to install and integrates seamlessly with my store.

What I love most are the customizable templates, etc., and being able to link my Instagram posts.

I highly recommend Pinterest! It's definitely worth it.

pinterest integration is the WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had! in my life! I tried this with my shop a couple years ago and after MONTHS and a few calls and MANY emails with MANY people I gave up. I have been updated several platforms and finally thought maybe I'd give it another shot. Perhaps they've fixed their algorithms or whatever is wrong with their system and nope! I STILL CANNOT SYNC my Shopify store! This is the craziest thing ever. It really should not be a difficult thing at all and has proved to be the most frustrating experience. Whoever is running Pinterest and their tech department should be have a major rethink of a lot of things.

Seems to be ok but sometimes my streams get deleted and I tried to organise the meeting with one of their staff but he never showed up

Worse experience ever!! I was promised help setting up a campaign (very difficult!!!). The help was not given properly. I spend by accident alsmost 500 Euro with 0 ROI as there was a technical issue. Pinterest did not connect right to the shop. And Pinterest and Shopify point to each other....
Everything is fully automated and their customer service is the worse in the world (not possible to speak to somebody, no number, no chat option....nothing only AI. After the sales agent sold me into a campaign this he also vanised.

Hi, I don't understand why you guys created a Shopify app does not work properly or can be configured properly.
I have a few errors in the catalog and instead you just don't include these products, the Pinterest Merchant Status is suddenly set to “not verified”.
This error as an example:
Warning 155
Your additional_image_link values exceed the limit for additional images, so this item will be published without some of your images
Limit entries in the additional_image_link column to 10 or fewer

How the hell am I supposed to change anything here?
I can't access any options anywhere via your weird app and influence this.
This is really terrible.

Simply horrible experience. This app is constantly crashing, my pinterst tag is healthy but i get messages that it's not healthy but not sure where the discrepancy is. I have worked with many different platforms and never encountered such rubbish with other platforms as I have with Pinterest. I reached out to support but have heard horror stories about their support team. I'm about to reach out to a developer to help but this is frustrating.

Slows down site load on product and category pages. Blocks loading. Poorly coded. Removed and my site performance went back up

I am so happy I installed Pinterest app on my Shopify store. I’ve had over 800 new visitors to my shop in just 8 days. Other apps don’t compare. Love Pinterest. It’s easy to install and it brings results.

I was absolutely thrilled using Pinterest for my business and chose it to be the only source of traffic for my shop. We sell cool designer baby nursery decor and trendy baby outfits made in EU but our merchant account was removed without explanations and even any advice what is wrong with the website. After 6 years using Pinterest as a merchant and being verified merchant we just get robot replies from 50 cases all the same. we cannot disclose information your website doesn't meet minimum requirements. So we have to move to other sources of traffic because our Pinterest reach tremendously fell from 13+ mln and we produce original content and work hard on pins it fell to 5 mln in seconds. Supports doesn't want to help and even explain what is wrong and what we can update. So the app now is useless and I guess merchants with great products here are not welcome. Pinterest is overloaded with AI pins that take over platform and we are the original content makers have to go after investing so much work and time into content.
