This app was installed on my store without my permission or knowing about it, what it was, and I've never heard of it. I'm the only one who could have done it, and I definitely did not. It's $850 a month. Super sketchy, putting this here in case anyone else has had the same problem

We have tried to reach you all by email and phone number multiple times and have been unable to contact you. This is why I am posting this reply directly here. As you stated, the app can only be installed if it is done by someone with store permission. We cannot do anything to your store without your permission. The installation of our app must have been done by someone who has App Install permission for the store. While there is a cost to Pipe17, there were no charges associated with your store since you never completed our onboarding.

Pipe17 is an excellent tool for our ecom business. It seamlessly integrates with our multiple sales channels enabling us to easily manage our orders. The set-up was easy and their support was extremely helpful and very responsive. As a start-up, Pipe17 has made our operations more efficient and less of a headache.
The pipe17 team is one of the best we have ever worked with from the onboarding to the constant support. Their application has done wonders for our company and made the transition to using Netsuite really smooth. They have helped us integrate every segment of our business to easily flow into their easy to use interface. I dont know where we would be without them.
Pipe17 is a well Architected solution overall which has really helped Wyze D2C implement major Operational efficiencies with our Fulfillment process (speed, reliability and simplification). Also, hands down the best Amazon MCF integration (we tried many other solutions). I highly recommend giving them a shot!
Took a little to get it set up and integrated. Wasn't as simple as expected but the Pipe17 team were always there to help which was great. Awesome tool that has saved us hours of work and opened up new opportunities. Just brilliant.
