Pirate Ship: CheapARR Shipping

I cancelled all the shipping apps I was paying a monthly fee for and now only use Pirate Ship. The interface is set up SO much better than Shipstation and similar apps. If you have a lot of orders, it is WAY easier to batch ship on Pirate Ship than it is anywhere else. The customer support is amazing and always knowledgeable and on-point. I have never seen any glitches on Pirate Ship like I do with other apps. And the best part is -- this app is completely free of monthly fees and has the cheapest international postage options. I recommend it to literally everyone in all of my small business groups I am in. The only thing it doesn't offer that I would love to see at some point is a split-ship option. But I just use Shopify for those one-off orders that I need to send out in multiple shipments. Best app ever! ARRRRRRRR!

I can't imagine shipping without Pirate Ship ... it's easy to enter information, add insurance and both domestic and international labels are generated quickly. I'm able to ship orders from both shopify and etsy and create just one scan sheet to take to the post office with all my packages ... quick in and out at the post! I don't often run into challenges but when I do they are right there to help. great experiences all around for many years now.

Easy to use, good dashboard, efficient and most importantly, actual people for customer service. I am sick of AI chat bots for customer service and that alone is enough for me to stick with PirateShip. We don't have issues often, but if I do have a question or problem, I REALLY appreciate the prompt reply and helpful customer service by humans

Pirate Ship has the lowest shipping cost around. Free to use. Very simple to create labels with direct import from Shopify. Their customer service is top notch as well and responds fast. Overall, I would highly recommend using Pirate Ship.

Not only is PirateShip the BEST shipping integration partner a business can have, they are one of the BEST companies I’ve ever dealt with. Hands down they have the best customer service of any company around. In an era when so many big companies switch over to Ai & non human support, I can always reach a human at PirateShip. One time on a Sunday night at 7 pm, my payment wouldn’t go through & I was unable to add other payment options due to a glitch. I opened chat up, honestly not expecting to hear anything back until Monday. But an actual person got on chat & fixed the issue within a few minutes on Sunday night. WOW!

Their built in process for disputing USPS adjustments is a real time saver. They have helped me with insurance claims a few times too. If I’ve ever had a question or issue (which is rare), they have been super speedy getting back to me. Their integration with Shopify is flawless. I had tried a few other shipping apps in the past & others may be more robust, but this app is easy to use & their customer service is top notch. Oh, and they make every communication with users FUN because they talk like pirates, arrrrghh!

I have been using Pirateship for a few years, and their customer service is outstanding. Their dashboard is easy to use and doesn't lag like other services. What I don't like is that they have increased their prices on shipping. They used to be on par with shopify but now Shopify has cheaper rates than they do. I only use it occasionally now.

I've been using pirate ship for years with my Shopify store and my Etsy store. They integrate seamlessly and have great rates. I especially love their simple export rate for international shipping as it keeps the cost down for my customers!
