Run a repair and service desk inside POS - built for any trade, from bike shops and jewelers to watch, electronics, footwear, tailoring, and instrument repair. Take a job in at the counter, track it through to pickup, and collect payment. From the Repairs tile in POS, record the customer, the item, and the problem. Rename or hide the intake fields (item type, brand, model, serial, color) to fit your trade, and add your own custom fields. Collect a deposit as a sale at drop-off.

• Add parts from your inventory and ring them up at pickup.
• Take in jobs, assign technicians, set ready dates, and track to pickup.
• Move repairs from received to ready, customers are notified for pickup.
