Pixee ‑ Multi Pixel & Meta Ads

I had already deleted the Pixee – Multi Pixel & Meta Ads app, but I have still been billed for the yearly subscription. Since I only used the app during the free trial period, I kindly request that you do not charge me for the annual plan.

When I contacted Shopify support, they informed me that I need to cancel the subscription directly through your app. However, I do not see any option in the app to deactivate my plan. I even switched to the free plan, but it is still showing a payment request.

Please cancel this subscription and remove the yearly charge from my Shopify bill. The bill also includes charges for other useful apps, and I don’t want to be incorrectly billed for an app I am no longer using.

great and easy

I decided to try Pixee after having issues with the native FB/IG app that wouldn't work despite getting support directly from FB. Pixee made installing the FB pixel SO easy and get this... Initially sales conversion events weren't being tracked so I reached out to support and they asked for developer access to my store and access to my pixel. They fixed the problem in less than a day. AMAZING support. My pixel is tracking all events now, and CAPI is also turned on. Such a simple app and wonderful experience so far!

very nice and easy to use app

The catalog feed simply does not update. It made me lose money. Horrible and I don't recommend it
