I like the idea of the app - but I can't get anyone to respond to my questions - either via email OR the chat box. I'm having issues with the pixels and no one is answering me! I'm more than happy to update this review if someone could just reach out and help.

The app seems great and seems to work so far but unfortunately the support is seriously lacking. Therefore, if you encounter a technical problem with the app or your pixel, you will be on your own...which is unfortunate. There is only one person available and if he's on vacation, sick or busy you won't get any response. This is not acceptable and this does not accord with shopify's standard where you have other dev that give you 24/7 support. Might have to delete the app ...
