great app and support is absolutely fantastic! Highly recommended!

I like it that this is one of the few apps that work with shopify flow and they where very helpfull in customizing the design. This is really a big pro for us, that we could fully customize the layout and functions. We are now able to make decent invoices and credit invoices. Especially credit invoices are very difficult with standard apps.

It's a great app to be sure, but what REALLY puts this over the top (more than 5 stars, honestly) is the customer support. They worked closely with me to make some modifications that i needed and really took time to make sure everything was working well and how i needed it to.
The app itself allows me to not only have nice pdf prints of multiple forms for internal use and to include in shipments, it also allows me to include a pdf print option in the basic shopify emails and also to the customer accounts page. Really great

This app allowed us to get an invoice that matched how our old system looked and functioned so our customers were not confused when we migrated to Shopify from our old system's invoices.

We needed a simple app to create occasional customizable invoices and delivery notes for B2B clients, and after trying 3 or 4 I decided on Pixi. It's really well made, responsive, easy to use and the support team was quick and very helpful. They resolved a small issue we faced in no time!

Great customer care. Geon assisted me with custom code right away, allowing me to automate my process of billing 3rd party vendors. This will save me many hours every month!

Very good customer service. App was super easy to setup. Customer support was exceptionally helpful and very responsive with my request for a complex configuration regarding the ebay/Amazon orders imported into Shopify store, these imported orders don't have GST, therefore the app does not display them, within less than a day, the Dev team was able to configure the app to accommodate for the GST for external orders from Amazon and eBay. The team understood my request and executed the change flawlessly, I am very happy with the App and their customer service, strongly recommended this app if you need to do GST Tax invoice for Australia, especially the Amazon/Ebay orders.
