We’ve been using PlayShorts for a few months now, and it has completely changed the way we present our products on Shopify. Before, adding videos to our store felt complicated and time-consuming. With PlayShorts, everything became effortless. We were able to add videos to our product pages, homepage, and even emails in just a few clicks.
Our customers really enjoy watching them, especially on mobile, where the integration looks perfect. We even reuse the same videos in our Instagram Stories with direct purchase links, which makes the shopping experience feel much more dynamic and engaging.
Since we started using it, we’ve seen a clear increase in the time people spend on our pages and a noticeable boost in conversions. The app feels well-designed and stable, and every feature actually makes sense for a real store owner. The support team is also fantastic. They’re quick to answer and genuinely care about helping you get the best results.
