No customer support - never respond.
Tried to reach out the app support team via live chat and email. No response since 2/2. While the live chat still says "We typically reply in a few minutes". Is this app still supported by anyone?
We deserved this review. I'm not sure why my support person didn't respond. I'm very sorry we didn't provide you support in a timely manner. You should have a response to your request in your inbox from me now.
Worst customer support - no one is responding to emails or live chat! Despite mentioning we do respond in mints.
