No customer support - never respond.
Great help for Shopify+ plans stores. It allowed us to create several scripts native to Shopify without reliance on 3rd party solutions.
Worst customer support - no one is responding to emails or live chat! Despite mentioning we do respond in mints.

Our Shopify Plus merchant success manager suggested we use Playwright for our BFCM scripts. Playwright wrote scripts for 3 event in less than 3 hrs. We were able to test and troubleshoot with fast support. We gave them screenshots and clear instructions and they delivered effectively.
