I was sorry to see a one-star review. I checked your support requests — the first one was on August 3, 2024, and we replied the same day at 22:30:56. The second request was on November 13, 2025, at 9:51 AM, and we responded to that one as well.

Very nice app! It show me what people do on my website, where they go, where they stop. I
also use pop-ups, and now I have more emails from customers. Only bad thing – sometimes
dashboard work slow, but not big problem. I recommend!

Plerdy is good app for my Shopify store. I like heatmaps because I see where people click. But first time it was little hard to understand how to use all functions. Now everything ok, and I see how to make my shop better.

Plerdy for Shopify has some cool features, like the heatmaps and session recordings,
which give you solid insights into customer behavior. I like how easy it is to spot problem
areas on my site, like where people stop scrolling or clicking. But I think the interface
could be a bit more intuitive – it took me a little time to figure out where everything is.
Also, some of the SEO tools feel a bit basic if you’re already using other SEO apps. Still,
for the price, it’s a good tool for anyone looking to analyze their store’s performance and
make smarter decisions.

Honestly, Plerdy is such a fantastic tool! At first, I wasn’t sure if it would be any different from the others I’ve tried, but wow, it really delivered. ui/ux you have recording of screens but you can't see it it doesn't record the screens.
