It is a great tool for Shopify merchant who wants to automate their SMS and email marketing campaigns. Plexins is an excellent automated marketing app. The flow feature is amazing; it provides several templates I can use with one click, which is very convenient. Especially the abandoned cart flow. It helped me recover a lot of orders, significantly increasing our revenue growth. And the feature is free now. Their support team is really awesome.
