Super easy to get started. Helpful and efficient team. They walked me through the entire process and helped my business go live on the app stores.
Added the app just today, What an outstanding swift customer support i had in just couple of hours after requesting the team to reach me out !!
Sumant was very informative by all means, answered 20+ questions raised from my side in deep details, excellent guidance and communication.
Excellent start which got me crazingly excited to have the app live! will definitely share full review once app is live
SCAM! a team of 3 designers worked on the app during 15 days awaiting the aproval to lauch the app. Finally Plobal came back with "we only work with sellers with +2.5 million of revenue per year, we cant work with your store." Checking the other reviews seems like they are fake/paid reviews AMazon style

Great customer support from Yuvraj! He guided me through the set up of the app and had an answer for every issue that I came across.
Good App but lost stars as most businesses are startups and very new and the prices are so expensive for small businesses - we just cannot afford $249 - $699USD per month, just rediculous so I have decided to delete. I like the app, it takes time to set up and add all your items manually but once set up you cant preview until you buy a plan so lost stars for that, honestly, if I cannot see my preview before I buy then it's not worth looking into for a future purchase. Maybe in the near future, I might look into this if it was at least half the prices that is advertised.
It's a great App, very easy to use and the team is very friendly. Especially Sumant, was very supportive and was the reason for me to register on Plobal Apps !

The app did not pick any data from my shop, and I basically would have had to upload everything manually on my own. Not worth 99 dollars, also.
We have been using plobal apps platform since quite long now....The platform is good, it helped us a lot in expanding our business - ugakart.com . Technology is good and overall system is easy to manage. At the same time, their team is also efficient. However, i expect a little bit more promptness in support and thats why 4 stars....I would certainly recommend Plobal Apps to everyone who want to bring their business to a new digital height.....

The app is great, this a fast way to have a good APP connected to shopify. You can manage your customer and orders in the same dashboard (shopify) n matter that the order was created in the APP. Is really cool. About the support is very quickly, the response of the team es almost inmediatly, Iam happy with the team support, in additional the Plobal team offer the ability to make custom changes in your app with additional fee is great. I really recommend this solution

I've set up a drop shipping store and added the plobal app as I wanted an app, I tried a few different platforms and this is definitely the cleanest and easiest to use, even though you're limited to the customisation of the platform it's enough to have a simple mobile app where you can sell products.
Garima and Summat have been fantastic throughout my experience. The launch was seamless and any updates/questions have been addressed super quick.
Great job guys and I look forward to our journey together, hopefully over time you can develop your app and give the user more options, keep up the good work!

Plobal Team support is efficient and organized. We recently launched our store app on both Google and Apple and the statistics speak for itself. I used to use this app but I paused my store and deleted the app long ago, yet I received email today about being charged for a recurring bill of THOUSANDS of dollars. I hope this review will be responded otherwise I will have to contact shopify.
Jan-27 update: they told me to wait until today, but they did not get back to me, nor give me any guide on what to do. The payment is posted on my credit card.
NEVER enter into plans with them, and NEVER INSTALL this app, because when you just subscribe to a plan, you can't just uninstall the app and future billing are cancelled, NO NO NO, you will pay every month even if you don't have this App on your apps and Sales Chanel. And the APP is awful so just don't try it. I hope everyone could see this message to just don't lose their money and time.

It seems to have ok features. The preview is buggy. The pricing is exorbitant for what it offers. The minuscule space allocated for the logo is silly (mobile version of basic Shopify "Debut" theme does this better) Also pretty strange that push notifications are not even included in the base package when Plobal aren't even the ones providing the service (you have to connect to PushOwl, which you have to pay for anyway).
EDIT: The developer has since demonstrated to me that you do get push notifications included (2 on the basic package). Thus I have amended my review from 2 to 3 stars.
It is worth noting that the developer goes to some trouble to contact you if you leave a negative review. I have had multiple emails and phone calls from them. In my opinion this is going a bit too far.
The developer shows willingness to work on various issues which I view as a positive.
Hi Konrad, I think there has been some misunderstanding. We do have push notifications in all plans and the normal push notifications are powered by Plobal Apps itself. The Pushowl notifications you are referring to is an integration we provide to seamlessly trigger web push notifications for your store, if you already use Pushowl that is. Also to make the logo bigger you just have to ask our support team and they will get it done immediately for you. You can check apps like Ravin, Dimlaj, Far Ocean etc. for the same. We also have the highest number of features and integrations amongst all mobile app developers on the Shopify App Store and are an official Shopify Plus partner as well. I hope this helps. I really love to work with the team of plobal apps. The whole team does an incredible job, and i want to thank them for that. They helped me doing a really nice mobile app for my fashion brand that fit's to my requirements.
If i had questions, suggestions or wishes, they always answered in shortest time. You can choose if you want to talk to them via phone, skype or whatsapp what is really nice because you always get a quick reply and don't have to wait for an email this long.
The dashboard is very user friendly, you can edit your app via drag and drop builder and create categories, sub-categories etc.
I recommend plobal apps to everyone who wants to grow with their business and have a nice partner on side :)
