Nice concept and service model and tried test app version of their service and it looked really nice. We will use their service whenever we decide to go live with app.
Customer care is responsive and friendly

garbage - errors out. prices are absurd. also you need an app developer account. how is this a viable shopify app?

Its really great app, and customer support is excellent which is more requirement for a beginner.

So here we go. I went to these guys because they emailed me asking to give them a second chance essentially. Well I get a response from them about USING the SDK for 199 and they tell me that I cant use the sales channel Mobile. WHY is no one using SDK if they are telling people they are. Seems NO mobile platforum is supporting SHOPIFY non api SDK option. Sad really.

Believe me I have used every single one out there, and burning massive bridges on the way to the next one. The best one was snapmobile as they were good. But forget that option as you cannot get a hold of anyone and they arent even on the shopify app system anymore. Next issue with this is, for what you pay 199 a month you think they would foot the design experience but they dont; seriously all you can control is the banner color. Thats it, the images for feature is difficult to manuever as well.

Then they message me and tell me IOS doesnt allow vape stores. I can show you about 15 that were added within the last month. Dont even bother honestly.

1.it slows down your phone
2.the pictures are not neat

It seems to have ok features. The preview is buggy. The pricing is exorbitant for what it offers. The minuscule space allocated for the logo is silly (mobile version of basic Shopify "Debut" theme does this better) Also pretty strange that push notifications are not even included in the base package when Plobal aren't even the ones providing the service (you have to connect to PushOwl, which you have to pay for anyway).

EDIT: The developer has since demonstrated to me that you do get push notifications included (2 on the basic package). Thus I have amended my review from 2 to 3 stars.

It is worth noting that the developer goes to some trouble to contact you if you leave a negative review. I have had multiple emails and phone calls from them. In my opinion this is going a bit too far.

The developer shows willingness to work on various issues which I view as a positive.
