I just started using this app and it's so far so good. It seems to be pretty straightforward and easy to use even for those new to SEO implementation.
I haven't really begun using the app, but when you would like to them to help with SEO, there are hidden fees. And the package prices are pretty pricey if you are a starter store.
Update 2/22/18: Since my original review, the app has been updated to extend to Google's current character length for meta description.
Original review: Great app for beginners. App needs updating, though. Google's meta description length is now 320 characters. The app is still showing the 156 character length when using the live search engine preview feature.

Great customer service lots of help and quickly ..I dont like that I have to put 100 words in this though as I could say what I wanted in way less then that But again great app ...................................

I didn't know how to implement the advice. I know I need keywords and blog posts but it did nothing to help me write them.

It sounds like you might be looking for more a 'done for you' solution. We offer one-off fix packages where an expert will go in and fix SEO problems. You will give our expert some guidance but they'll be doing the coding/writing for you: https://www.blimpon.com/pages/compare-seo-fix-packages
A lot of customers start out with Plug in SEO Plus and then purchase one-off fix packages if they need more help in specific areas.
