Been using Podbase for almost 6 months and what can we say – it exceeds our expectations in every field possible. Quality of the products is exceptional. I had a highly disappointing experience with this company services. I ordered a custom phone case for a Galaxy S22 Plus and paid for express delivery, expecting the package to arrive within 10 days. However, after more than a week AFTER they ship the item, the tracking information had not updated.

I contacted the company and was informed after a delay of 2 days that DHL had lost the package and they would resend it. I waited another 3 days, but there was still no update on the tracking information or a new tracking number. I reached out again to ask for a refund, highlighting that their shipping information was misleading and unclear.

Despite my request, the company responded on after another delay of 2 days, stating that they had sent the package and that I could track it, even though I had explicitly told them not to. I decided to give them a bit more time, but as of today (25.06), there have been no updates. The tracking information still hasn't changed, and I haven't received any new tracking number or further communication.

This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. Avoid at all costs if you value your customers.

PodBase is an amazing app in every way I've needed it to be so far. The quality of the products is great, shipping times are good and integration is easy. The support team is great too as they are quick with helping. Also, they seem to be adding new features and products regularly which is good to see.
