Received multiple emails about them generating sales for other store and wanted us to try it. They sent multiple emails so we finally installed it. After that, asked them to assist us and take a look at our setup and no response at all from any person. We sent to multiple persons who emailed us before and after we signed up, they disappeared.
It's a basic poll. Nothing spectacular.

Very friendly and helpful team, extremely easy installation process. Took me no more than 2 mins to install it on my shop.
it sounded nice, but there is no free plan like advertised. you have to pay to use it. free trial is available but that's not the same.

Integration was as quick and simple as it gets. Kevin walked me through the demo and had me ready to jump on the opportunity to install by the end of the explanation. Within minutes, we had it up on our site (or was it seconds?). I'm beyond impressed with the app's easy-to-navigate dashboard, analytics, and overall thought put into Polls Platform.
