The popup you’re seeing in the app is for a 30-day free trial of our Growth plan. You can downgrade to the Free plan at any time during the trial and you won’t be charged at all.

We introduced pricing in May 2025 to help cover the growing costs of maintaining the app across tens of thousands of stores. You're right that the app had been completely free for years (since 2021!). That said, we don't want pricing to stand in the way of your success.

If you don't want to use the Coupon pop type because it immediately displays the coupon after the visitor enters their email, you can use the Get Subscribers goal and the free Shopify Email automation to send a unique discount code instead!
