Good customer service - readily available. Lots of variations available to fit almost any website pop-up need/function.

DO NOT GET IF YOU USE A MAC. COMPLETELY DYSFUNCTIONAL AND UNUSABLE.

Overall the app is great for basic use.
- Easy to use and set-up → I could create a nice spinning wheel fast
- Responsive support team (responds immediately)
- Webhook integration with my CRM
- Analytics, including Cart activity tracker

However, not adapted for my need because lacks more advanced features:
- no possibility to add a dropdown in the pop-up (which is a way to segment leads)
- triggering options are limited: for example, it can’t be “show after 40 sec AND on Exit intent”. It’s either or.
- the webhook integration has no possibilty to add custom fields, and misses basic fields like "language"
- some content elements couldn’t be changed (ex. the word “copied” in the results not translated..)
- the obtained discount is not directly copied in the checkout (the user has to copy past manually).

Works great, except they advertise on the pop up on your website and they will not remove it
