Nagyon szeretem ezt az appot, havi szinten használom és eddig mindig jó döntésnek tűnt. A chat-es segítség nyújtás is flottul ment. Ha szereted a könnyen használható, átlátható megoldásokat, ez a program a segítségedre lesz! :)
Honestly, I’m very disappointed with this app. I’ve actually used it before for another website and didn’t notice anything suspicious back then, but now it’s clear they’re using a pretty shady practice.
During signup, the GROWTH plan is pre-selected without any clear warning or confirmation. Instead of setting the FREE plan as the default (which would be the fair and logical choice), they automatically push the more expensive option without the user’s knowledge or consent.
I consider this a complete rip-off. This kind of tactic to trick users into paying is unprofessional and destroys any trust. I only realized what happened afterward, which makes it even worse. My web was on pause and build for 10.00 dollars so when I got the bill for 35.00 dollars i was shocked! I did not even started and would have NEVER sign up for 29.00 dollars subscrition before even starting selling.
Definitely would not recommend this app until they change this practice and give a full refund!
*EDIT: They resolved the problem almost immediately and were very kind. They also issued a refund.
Hi there! Thanks for your review, I just wanted to clarify a couple of points:
All users receive 90 days of the Growth plan completely free, with no subscription required. Just install the app and get unlimited usage of everything for 90 days.
After those 90 days, once you enter the app you’re prompted to either activate the Growth plan subscription (which includes an additional 30-day free trial) or switch to the Free plan.
This means that most users are getting at least 120 days of unlimited usage of every feature for completely free.
Importantly, we cannot bill anyone unless they manually activate the subscription. There’s no way for us to charge a store without that explicit action being taken which happens after the 90 days.
It seems your store was on pause and build so it's possible that you didn't get a chance to use the app. In that case, we'd be happy to add additional free months, just reach out to our 24/7 support team.
We hope that it's evident that our intention isn't to scam or be shady!

The Best Popup Plugin yet! Although I wish one is able to adjust the height as much as they are able to adjust width.
But overall its the best popup plugin I have come across on shopify without a headache like the others...
Very useful and easy to use.
The app integrates smoothly with our store and the setup was quick.
We have not tested all the features in depth yet, but the first impression is very positive.

Its free and its been good quality. I guess you have to upgrade for certain things but that is pretty standards with free apps
Great support and easy to use features. The templates really come in handy. Keep in mind this will not sync with your current customer list so might need to do some more work, overall a great tool though.
