Rude support team. I spoke with Mo about a certain feature which they dont have and it seems manners aren't something their support team are trained on. Uninstalled the app after that first contact with their rude support. With regards to the app, you cant set multiple choice buttons on the popup and track clicks to each option. Quite a basic popup app and pretty easy to use. But if you need something more, it doesnt work and the support team arent great to talk with.

The app makes you approve a spending limit of 999$ or MORE !
I don't recommend, be aware ! You can go directly to the wall with them !
Update Feb 19, 2026: Since this review, we’ve made an important change to how billing caps are structured. Instead of showing a universal $999 cap, we now automatically set a personalized billing cap based on a store’s estimated traffic. For most stores, this cap will be $129. Note that the vast majority of merchants remain on our $29 plan tier.

Hello! Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry for the confusion around the $999 amount you saw. That figure represents a billing cap, not a typical charge. Our pricing scales with store traffic, and the vast majority of merchants remain on our $29 plan. Only a small number of very large enterprise stores ever reach the top tier.

Claimed to be free when I installed it but now charges for usage and they can charge you anything they want every month. Forces you to accept this instead of being allowed to start with a free plan, they make you accept the paid plan and then have to cancel it.

The popup you’re seeing in the app is for a 30-day Free Trial of our Growth plan. You can downgrade to the Free plan at any time during the 30 day free trial and you won’t be charged at all.
We introduced pricing in May 2025 to help cover the growing costs of maintaining the app across tens of thousands of stores. The app had previously been completely free since 2021.
Please note: usage based pricing applies to large stores with lots of traffic. Most stores fall within the $29/mo plan. We also offer significant discounts since we understand each store is unique. Removed from website as we needed to set a spend limit of 'at least' $999 USD. Not sure if that is being fixed, but could not risk a random amount being billed.

Wasn't able to generate a single lead, as the opt-in mail wasn't send. I informed support, but after more then a month, they did not come with a solution
Installed their Add to Cart pop up this morning and it has COMPLETELY broken our site. All ADD TO CART buttons on our site have stopped working, so sellers can't buy anything. This is as bad as it gets, and yet there is absolutely no urgency on their part to fix this for us.
We deleted the app but the residual code is still on the site and has essentially SHUT DOWN OUR BUSINESS altogether. Utter garbage of an app with equally abysmal level of customer service.
The app was great for a while, but just disappeared. My shop says that the app is still installed, but there's just a blank screen. I have no idea how long the pop-up hasn't been popping up.... :(
