The app was great for a while, but just disappeared. My shop says that the app is still installed, but there's just a blank screen. I have no idea how long the pop-up hasn't been popping up.... :(

might be a good App, in case it is working.
Wasn't able to generate a single lead, as the opt-in mail wasn't send. I informed support, but after more then a month, they did not come with a solution

Installed their Add to Cart pop up this morning and it has COMPLETELY broken our site. All ADD TO CART buttons on our site have stopped working, so sellers can't buy anything. This is as bad as it gets, and yet there is absolutely no urgency on their part to fix this for us.

We deleted the app but the residual code is still on the site and has essentially SHUT DOWN OUR BUSINESS altogether. Utter garbage of an app with equally abysmal level of customer service.

I've been using the Pop Convert app to create pop-ups and banners for my Shopify store, but it's been a frustrating experience. The app doesn't send any email notifications, which is a major issue for running a business efficiently. I can't be expected to check daily if the emails are working—there should be a system in place to notify users of any issues, but instead, we're left in the dark.

Customer support has been equally disappointing. When I reached out about the email problem, there was little to no help. As a business owner, I need reliable tools that work seamlessly, and unfortunately, this app has fallen short. Would not recommend.

We're so sorry you experienced this. Our email functionality was temporarily disabled due to spammers using our app to send spam emails. We've since resolved the issue and put further safeguards in place to protect our systems. Please get back to us via live chat so that we can make this right for you.

Pop ups are not working due to a bug and they haven't fixed it yet.

Great app but it is missing an essential feature: email confirmation. Without it, people and bots will input fake emails and when you try to send out a newsletter, you will get blocked by spam filters and even shopify for having too many bounced emails.

Hi there, we've been waiting on Shopify to release double opt-in for App Developers for some time. Please see this thread: https://community.shopify.com/c/customers-discounts-and-orders/trigger-double-opt-in-notification-for-customer-created-via-api/td-p/1578729 . Totally understand the frustration. We will be looking into possible solutions and anticipate double-opt in availability built into Pop Convert in the future. The automation emails do not work. I spent a lot of time creating my templates and its been weeks without an update as to when the automation emails will work. I would ask everyone to look for a different app as they still have not given us an update nor do they know when it will work again.

Very bad and buggy! Go ahead...I dare ya to try and create an EXIT POP UP.
After an hour of pulling out your hair and speaking to the customer service and Technical team you're going to write a bad review like I am doing right now. I saved all the chats and screenshot them showing I asked for a supervisor three times and the original Support Tech kept trying to give me solutions that would not work and so he wasn't very well informed about how his position was supposed to be handled with customers. So in researching this app that was about 20 to 30 minutes on YouTube and other sites screwing around putting up up and installing it another 10 or 15 and then wasting over an hour trying to do the mess around on an exit intent at that doesn't work and now spending 5 minutes leaving this bad review. Are you very busy and don't have time to waste like me? Then avoid this app. If you live in your parents basement playing video games all day smoking byd then of course go ahead and try this app

Previously i gave a 5 star review because their support was good. But im changing to 1 star and also uninstalling because I needed it to be NOT displaying on certain pages. They insist that its already not showing but every device im using is showing. I have lost sales because of this app.

Sorry that you faced this issue. Let us know if you can reinstall the app, and we'll look into it right away! We haven't had other customers complain on this yet, but if you re-install the app I can guarantee we can fix the issue within a few hours :)
