The support is fast at replying which is really good.
However, the app does not have the discount features that are standard in Shopify.
Also. since we got the app we have received marketing offers from other people who has told us they saw we used Pop-convert. We have not agreed to sharing our e-mail with other app-makers.

They prompt you to chat to remove their branding when it could be replaced by a button. They know prompt you to leave a review. I would imagine they do this to get more reviews.

Well, it's free and that's the only upside. Templates suck, come with dumb design and UX mistakes, built-in customizability is rudimentary and the implementation does not allow for customization with some basic coding.
Give me a way to inject custom CSS into your popups and it all would be solved.
