Great support and easy to use features. The templates really come in handy. Keep in mind this will not sync with your current customer list so might need to do some more work, overall a great tool though.

It is practical, and it includes the marketing side of things not just the technical. You can start a campaign and design the journey of your users throughout your campaign. It gets the job done

Great app, customer service is fairly quick but messaging standards have seemed a bit unprofessional. Have only used chat twice, so might have been an off day or something
