The App itself is easy to use and I think it works fine if you were after a basic pop-up. However it does NOT do EXIT INTENT, even though in it's description it says it does. I reached out to their customer service team who then had to reach out to their development team and finally got back to me like after 4 or 5 days to say they dont have that function. Easy to use. Lots of options. Chatted with support to get the watermark removed, but it didn't work. The watermark was persistent. Decided to uninstall.
Fast response on the support chat and very cool templates. The pop up templates are easy to use and able to set up within minutes.
