I don't recommend, be aware ! You can go directly to the wall with them !
Update Feb 19, 2026: Since this review, we’ve made an important change to how billing caps are structured. Instead of showing a universal $999 cap, we now automatically set a personalized billing cap based on a store’s estimated traffic. For most stores, this cap will be $129. Note that the vast majority of merchants remain on our $29 plan tier.

Our pricing scales with store traffic, and the vast majority of merchants remain on our $29 plan. Only a small number of very large enterprise stores ever reach the top tier.

Great popup app! It’s very easy to use and the customization options are really flexible, so you can design popups exactly the way you want. Everything works smoothly without any issues.

Pop Convert has been a game changer for my store. The pop ups, banners, and smart bars are easy to set up with the drag-and-drop editor, and they look like a natural part of my site rather than something slapped on top. In just a short time, I’ve grown my subscriber list and promoted special offers more effectively, which has led to better engagement and more sales.
I’ve tested my website speed multiple times on https://pagespeed.web.dev/
, both with and without the app installed. I sent all the screenshots to support, and they told me they would look into it — but to this day, I still haven’t received any update on the issue.
I also asked whether they offer a quiz option in their pop-ups, and the answer was no. When other apps like Klaviyo provide these features, it’s hard to see a reason to continue using this one.
It feels like the support team has become a bit lazy due to the large number of customers they have, and honestly, it seems like they just don’t care anymore.
Update Feb 15, 2026: Since this review, Pop Convert has undergone a major performance overhaul! Now ~70% lighter, optimized for speed, and meeting (often exceeding) the performance benchmarks of top Shopify apps.

First, I want to sincerely apologize that you didn’t receive a timely follow-up from us. That’s on us, and I completely understand how frustrating that must have felt.
Since your review, our developers conducted a deep performance audit and made major improvements to the app. We’ve reduced the app’s footprint by nearly 70%, and we now meet and in many cases exceed performance benchmarks compared to other Shopify apps. These changes required a substantial rewrite of key parts of the application, which is why it took some time, but improving speed and efficiency was a top priority for us!
Regarding quiz options, we’ve added several new form fields over the past couple of months to provide greater flexibility when building forms. These include text fields, date fields, select fields, checkbox fields, radio fields, and switch fields. While it’s now possible to build a full quiz experience, most merchants typically use these for simpler opt-in and data-collection forms.
We also work with a large number of stores that use both Klaviyo and Pop Convert together. In this setup, Klaviyo is typically used as the marketing automation “engine,” while Pop Convert handles holiday announcements, sales banners, and other on-site displays tied to specific campaigns. Merchants appreciate the ease of use of this approach, and we also offer a full Klaviyo integration for those who require it.
