Updated my review based on the great work with Boris. I just happen to find the Shopify Bug where the integration was not installed, but since then I have analyzed almost all of the popup softwares (Klaviyo, Poptin, Optimonk, Just Uno, and Privvy). As everyone has said, this one definitely has the deepest integration and the best features. The editor is not the best, but it does the job. The thing that makes this the best for me, is the integrations they offer. I use webhooks a lot and the webhook features with the ability to track clicks is amazing. So I've updated my review!

This app is very easy to use, with a lot of customization possibilities. Very good support too. I would recommend it everyone.
We were using Klaviyo to create our modals but we wanted to step up our pop-up game. We had a look at Privy (but it was too expensive for us) and then tried WisePops. I don't regret my choice! It's probably one of the best pop-up apps you can find on Shopify. We found it easy to use and super effective. Moreover it integrates well with Shopify and Klaviyo.
WisePops has made a huge impact on my businesses in just days I was able to grow my e-mail list by using a simple opt in. Once you get it set up all you have to do is sit back and watch your list grow! The tech support is top notch, I had a question and they replied quickly and gave great service. If you want to grow your reach and your e-mail list this app is a must have.
Highly featured and easy to use. An excellent app. BUT it can work out very expensive. This is because It is priced on how many page views your site gets, NOT how many times your pop ups appear. If you have a lot of pop up 'events' then it could be right for you. If you only need to display a few pop ups, you may want to look at an app with a different pricing structure.

I'm loving this Wisepops app!
The install into my Shopify store was seamless. The templates are easy to understand and use. They look great on my web-store. I was surprise how easy they were to adjust in speed, timing, etc.
They're very professional looking and adjustable to match my brand design. Wisepops staff reached out and provided some feature insight I was unaware of that i'm looking forward to implementing.
I'm grateful I chose Wisepops over the other apps.

Really powerful add-on for your popups. Has everything you need out of the box - designing interface, AB testing, exit intent only (to ensure little to no user promo cannabalisation). Also has the ability for you to add custom display criteria and track all the way through the purchase if you have to a developer to help set up. Highly recommend.

Wisepops has been the best app I have found through Shopify. I shopped a lot of the pop up apps and this was by far my favorite with clean, professional layouts for our email pop up. The app is very user friendly and the WisePops team are attentive and helpful to any questions or concerns I had. This app has helped us to steadily increase out email signups. OK guys -- this is the *best* email pop-up app for Shopify stores, hands down. Before this, I had tried both Privy (the super-pro version) and Sumo (pro version), both for at least a few months each. I found WisePops after an endless amount of "X vs. Y" pop-up software searching on Google, and can't recommend it more highly. Have already found it easier to:
- Design beautiful pop-ups for desktop and mobile / they look so much more integrated with the overall design of the site
- Trigger variations based on the type of visitor / device / page
- See results of A/B testing in a much cleaner and more actionable way
Also, they're super quick and friendly with customer support. Happy I found this one -- thank you!

Wisepops has great customer service, responded within 5-10 minutes. The app is really easy and fun to use.
I uninstalled this app after the free trial because it didn’t give us a positive ROI.
The conversion rate to getting an email with WisePops popups was between 4-6%. And with 150-180 daily visitors, the numbers just didn’t work for us.
If you have more traffic, and can afford the price point, this app is highly recommended!!
With our accessory brand we sometimes do flash sales or various offers and this is a great app to get over the message to customers

This is the third email sign-up app I've tried (including my theme's built-in pop-up) and this is the best. I like that you can customize the pop-ups for people coming from specific websites, which let's us customize codes and lists for bloggers, and it doesn't require hours of shaving off pixels from photos to make it sit right in an un-editable window.
Our email sign-up noticeably spiked after installing it, and using shopify's advice of setting a delay has made our list truly valuable. Wisepops is a no-brainer for any fledgling or established e-commerce store.
My only -- ONLY -- complaint is the side scroll bar on the editor. It's clumsy, but it has nothing to do with the app, itself.

I tried each of the pop-up apps and this was by far the most user-friendly and easy to customize. I liked that there were templates and I didn't have to design something from scratch; and the templates were super easy to customize. There were a wide range of fonts to choose from so I could choose the same font as my theme. I could even round the corners of the submit button, exactly like the buttons in my theme. I highly recommend this app.
