The support we have received from the developer of this app has been incredible. He has personally helped us to make the pop-up look and function the way that we need for it to. App does what I need it to.... on desktop browsers. Does anyone else have the problem that when someone visits your site on mobile, it pops up RIGHT AWAY? I understand its difficult to know when someone is leaving the site on a browser as there is no "mouse movement"... but if this is the case then there should be an option to turn this OFF on mobile devices. Customers are seeing my huge discount incentive pop up as soon as they visit instead of as a last minute attention grabber to get them to stay.. definitely not my intention.
