POPCUSTOMS: Print on Demand

I have had a great initial experience with Popcustoms when I ordered samples of a couple of sneakers I designed! The sneakers arrived on time and the quality of the products were terrific! Couldn't be happier so I will be doing more design work and ordering more from Popcustoms!

ThE slowest response in the industry. The longest production and shop times in the industry. Don’t let cheap prices fool you. If you are connected to Etsy also this place will kill your reviews for their production and shop times. Three week a for a tumbler. I don’t know why Shopify allows them on the platform.

I've been working with them for a while. Some products are of decent quality, but others are just terrible. White colors suit their clothes well because they use white-based textiles. However, they don't dye the entire fabric, so if you stretch the garment even slightly, you can see the white underneath. The towel they offer is more like a dust cloth, not a real towel. They only dye the outer layer, leaving the inside completely white. Selling clothes like this is unacceptable—if you use a dark palette, it will look awful. Horrible.

The app integrates well, and the products have come out looking great, I'm really impressed with the print quality. I got some samples, two different types of tumblers, and the print quality is excellent, way better than some other POD companies that I've used. The tumblers came out true to colour, full wrap and look really good, boxed as well.

I got a couple of bags as well and they came out so good, the print is really clear and it gives you that all over print, which I have been looking for, products were great quality. The production time was good, shipping time was within expectations and fully tracked, I do wish it was faster, but if I'm selling to US it will be quicker than the UK shipping. These guys also offer product videos, which is brilliant idea, so I'm recommending.

Good overall product quality

I am very please with how the leather handbag turned out. The print quality is great, the handbag was well made and I feel confident in adding this product to my store. In addition, customer service is very responsive. I will continue to use their service.
