Poptin ‑ Exit & Email Pop Ups

Poptin was really easy to use and setup a variety of different sidebars and lightboxes to help with lead capturing and growing sales through promotional offers. I had an issue due to an update I did and Gal helped me right away! Highly recommend using it for boosting leads and sales for your site.

super intuitive and easy to use

Easy setup, lots of functionality and design options. I had to contact support for some assistance, they quick and helpful.

We've created the first popup and needed some help managing the settings. The team was responsive and answered all the questions we had. Now it's time to try it out and see how it performs. :)

This app pretty much sucks. It's not user friendly and it's difficult to figure out how to design the pop-up form to function exactly the way you want it to. I'm thinking it's because I have the "free version." Forget reaching out to the support team. All they do is send you a video that doesn't address the issue you're struggling with. My problem? My customers are filling out the form with their email address but never receiving the discount code once they hit "Submit." I have no idea how to correct this problem and apparently, the support team doesn't want to take the time to help. I think I'll just un-install this app and look elsewhere for a better experience.

I like the tool as it is easy to use with the exception of image uploads don't always work. The graphics are decent and could use a few refreshed looks. The reporting is great, too.

It's user-friendly, great templates to make our job easier. There is also a support team to help resolve issues.

This is has been great. Awesome support (even helps after hours). Has a bit of a learning curve, but worth it! Fair pricing!
