Poptin ‑ Exit & Email Pop Ups

The App is really easy to use with great functionality. Beautiful templates to choose from, but also fully customizable. The support was above expectation!

The great thing about this is their great customer support. They reply fast and the app is easy to use.

Really clean interface & templates, easy spread sheet download. Very customizable. But As a small, new & independent business, my store currently doesn't make enough revenue to pay for the $19 / month fee after the trial limits.

No other Popup software is as detailed and fully integrated into Shopify. By far, I would say this is the best option; however, there are a few concerns so far:
1. Tech support is slow at getting back. I would expect responses within 24-hours and they are slow.
2. No Support for SVG. This is huge for space and resizing to make it look crisp.
3. Overall the Editor is very clunky. It's not as intuitive and easy to use as I would have hoped. 4. The templates are just OK and very basic. I would have hoped for some more up to date templates. Overall as I said, this is one of the best you are going to get and it is very much integrated into Shopify. I just wish the interface was a bit more clean and editing was better.

Poptin. has a great template for designing the pop-up, also with beautiful color. It's quite easy to learn how to design and set up. In addition, patient and responsive customer service are also impressive.
