tried to do "send message" pop-up, but encountered in many bugs...feel disappointed cause looks like a nice app...

The app is very easy and simple to use. I had trouble viewing the pop-up at first, so I asked for help from their tech support. They respond in less than 10 minutes and have been very helpful! Apparently, I was just using old cookies and the pop-up was working perfectly on my website

I’m not very good with website applications but I found this app extremely easy to use. The most important thing for me is customer service if you get stuck there’s someone that chat to you and they were very patient with me and they help me straight away. I highly recommend this app

Very easy to use. Helpful Live chat. Good free plan for small websites and pricing seems to be good for larger stores. Plenty of templates and options for integration

Just started using the app, looks promising so far including the AB testing options, and support have been very responsive!

I wish there was an option to give a zero.

The Worst Customer service ever!!, The App is ok, to be frank, It requires you to install an email system to actually do the work, that means its not self sufficent!

They only provide with a popup!. I mean how is that going to help??! Also Their dashboard is confusing!. They have an integrations TAB but it works hopelessly!.. IT didnt integrate mailchimp, which was actually going to do the work.

SO basically I had some customers put in their email ID when the POPUP came but then they didnt get the code, cause this JUST DOESNT WORK!!.. It was rather negative for me!

I had given a negative review earlier and they forced me to pull it down cause their customer team stopped responding to my queries, and even after I pulled it down, they didnt bother replying.
