Poptin helped me make a pop-up banner for discount codes on my website with Shopify. It took only a little tinkering, and the design process was very easy with lots of small understandable steps. I love that the app itself does all the work of adding the code, setting triggers, and targeting different types of customers rather than making me try to figure out all the complicated bits. Using the Free version right now, for which there seem to be no current catches, but might go to the Basic paid version sometime in the future.

Great customer service! I had an issue and they helped me via the Chat option in the corner. My issue was sorted in less than half an hour. :)

I've been a web developer for over 7 years. During this time, I had to deal with customer support a lot of time on different problems. I have not met any customer support agent as willing to help as Tomer. We spent over an hour troubleshooting an issue but Tomer never gave up. Big thanks to Tomer and the entire Poptin crew!

3 stars because the free account only allows 1,000 views. Website visits count towards your 1,000 views weather the visitor sees a popup or not. So you can run through your 1,000 views in a single day and not have one single customer see a popup. It really makes this app pointless when the visitor doesn't see a popup but you are charged 1 of your 1000 views.

Very misleading. The app description implies that "branded" is included in the free option, and then once you're registered, branded is not included. It's the only reason why I wanted to give it a try - and now I've wasted my time! Buyers beware.

Please have a look again at all the plans. The free plan has branded popups, and you can see that ALL the paid plans have unbranded popups.
Automatically when you upgrade the credit is removed, which means "Unbranded". We made it clear as possible (We can't show "X" instead of "V" on Shopify's listing page).

Poptin est plutôt simple d'utilisation et très complet. Parfait pour une débutante comme moi! La version gratuite est suffisante pour les débuts

First of all, and most importantly - the customer service is above and beyond! excellent!
the app itself is amazing, but what makes it even better is knowing u have a team behind it, that has enough patience to solve problems, give feedback and talk to u as a person, and not as a walking wallet.
