Poptin ‑ Exit & Email Pop Ups

Just started using the app, looks promising so far including the AB testing options, and support have been very responsive!

I wish there was an option to give a zero.

The Worst Customer service ever!!, The App is ok, to be frank, It requires you to install an email system to actually do the work, that means its not self sufficent!

They only provide with a popup!. I mean how is that going to help??! Also Their dashboard is confusing!. They have an integrations TAB but it works hopelessly!.. IT didnt integrate mailchimp, which was actually going to do the work.

SO basically I had some customers put in their email ID when the POPUP came but then they didnt get the code, cause this JUST DOESNT WORK!!.. It was rather negative for me!

I had given a negative review earlier and they forced me to pull it down cause their customer team stopped responding to my queries, and even after I pulled it down, they didnt bother replying.

The exit intent worked like a charm and support responded so quickly :) Really amazed by the app and hope that more will give it a try!

While the layouts looked good and I loved the app I had to ultimately uninstall after only a couple days. New leads were not being added to my Shopify customers or getting the automatic welcome email even though I added the required content box needed for this to happen. I was advised by chat support to uninstall and reinstall - inconvenient and that still didn't work. They then wanted access to my shopify back end to look at it. Too much for a simple pop up.

The product is so clunky that I had to uninstall it as soon as I added it to my shop. There are plenty of better options out there.

best exit popup app it is very customizable and amazing easy to edit good service it would be worth having a premium plan after testing products

Amazing. I found this to be very simple and user-friendly for someone who is starting there first Shopify store.

So far so good ! I made my first pop up discount and it was super easy and help was helping me as soon I ask them :) It is pretty good for a free app !

The app is amazing and the support is really great. Would highly recommend everyone to try and use this app! P.S- Special thanks to Gal for helping me customise my pop up display!
