אני משלם כל חודש 59$ על גירסת PRO אבל מופיע לי גירסת FREE בדומיין השני
ניסיתי לפנות בתמיכה בצט אבל אין ממש תמיכה ולא מצליח לסדר זאת
חבל כי האפליקציה ממש טובה חבל שלא ניתן שרות ללקוחות הפרימיום

Very misleading. The app description implies that "branded" is included in the free option, and then once you're registered, branded is not included. It's the only reason why I wanted to give it a try - and now I've wasted my time! Buyers beware.

Please have a look again at all the plans. The free plan has branded popups, and you can see that ALL the paid plans have unbranded popups.
Automatically when you upgrade the credit is removed, which means "Unbranded". We made it clear as possible (We can't show "X" instead of "V" on Shopify's listing page).

Terrible app, terrible owners. Problem started when I paid via paypal and they said it didn't go through, I was given a link to pay through credit card via stripe which went through. After several days of back and forth of not getting popup to work on Shopify, I requested a refund only to be told they do not even see my transaction....WHAT? First thing I did was check Paypal and saw the charge go through, I showed them screenshots and they said Paypal did not reflect it, even tho paypal charged me it didn't get to them, I also checked credit card and saw that one went through too but guess what? Even tho they confirmed payment received by granting me access to the pro plan for several days, Tom the co-founder turned around and said that payment didn't go through either. I felt like I was being pranked, called CC company and initiated a dispute, called paypal and initiated a dispute but wait it gets more interesting, Tom the co founder comes back and said they see a charge that was reversed and that this is fraud because paypal name and credit card name differs and even threatened to report me to shopify and paypal......Isn't it funny that before the dispute they couldn't find either payments but as soon as dispute opened, all of a sudden Tom no longer has amnesia and even has the nerve to call me fraudulent.....DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THEM.....I have taken screenshots and printout of our conversations and will be presenting this to shopify to get these people off its platform!

I wish there was an option to give a zero.

The Worst Customer service ever!!, The App is ok, to be frank, It requires you to install an email system to actually do the work, that means its not self sufficent!

They only provide with a popup!. I mean how is that going to help??! Also Their dashboard is confusing!. They have an integrations TAB but it works hopelessly!.. IT didnt integrate mailchimp, which was actually going to do the work.

SO basically I had some customers put in their email ID when the POPUP came but then they didnt get the code, cause this JUST DOESNT WORK!!.. It was rather negative for me!

I had given a negative review earlier and they forced me to pull it down cause their customer team stopped responding to my queries, and even after I pulled it down, they didnt bother replying.
