I absolutely love using Poptin! It’s so easy and intuitive to set up different types of popups, and the platform gives me a lot of flexibility. One of my favorite features is the exit intent popups, which help me capture visitors right before they leave my website. This is a great app, easy to configure and loads of options to show to the right audience at the right time. We use on both our domains and have rules setup for different intentions. The support team are very helpful when you have a query and respond really quickly with advice.

Une pépite pour créer des pop-ups efficaces (et stylés) !

Après avoir testé plusieurs outils, je suis tombé sur Poptin... et quelle belle surprise ! L’interface est fluide, les designs sont variés (mention spéciale au petit effet “coin plié” qu’on adore ), et surtout : ça fonctionne. Redirection, ciblage, règles d’affichage... tout est là.
Le support est hyper réactif, patient et efficace — merci encore pour votre aide précieuse.

On a galéré un peu au début (à cause de notre propre cache navigateur ), mais dès que tout était bien en place, le pop-up tournait parfaitement.
Bref, je recommande à 200 %, que ce soit pour de la capture d’email, des redirections intelligentes ou de l’animation sur site. Continuez comme ça l’équipe Poptin

Love the app! Setup is quick and simple, and it works splendidly! We are using it for exit intent popups on selected product pages to capture a mailing list and ask users to make an offer prior to leaving. Just started using the app, but will update this review with the results soon. Can't go wrong, here. Expert support is responsive. Pages load just as fast, and you can customize the popups to match your theme and capture any data point you want! We continue to explore other features - and there are a ton of them. Stay tuned!

We've been using Poptin on our Shopify store to capture leads.
The pop-up builder is user-friendly and supports RTL languages.
It integrates smoothly with our existing setup.
Overall, we're satisfied with its performance.

The plugin is functional, but in the past two weeks alone, there have already been 3 instances where the site took 15 seconds to load because of it.

They constantly have some technical issues, but they never inform us first — I always have to reach out myself to ask what’s going on.
They can’t compensate for the advertising budget we’ve lost.

We spend $3,000–$5,000 per day on ads, and we simply can’t afford the site to be down for 6 hours.

I’m giving 1 star because the support team takes no responsibility for the losses — they just apologize.
